What You'll Be Doing:
- The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will ensure total quality of all engineering efforts and independently develops and/or supervises the creation of Mechanical engineering designs for large and mega infrastructure projects that meet customer quality requirements and international as well as Local Authority regulations and standards. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status.

Day-to-day Operations:- Prepare and follow up on design program and schedule.
- Estimate cooling demand, prepare concept design, presentation, scope of work etc. for new District Cooling projects and provide support to Sales & Business Development.
- Prepare, review, and approve testing and commissioning plan, procedures, method statements, data sheets, testing criteria, and testing and commissioning reports.
- Follow up on ongoing, pending, and due submittals, review subordinates’ review comments, highlight differences and deficiencies.
- Conduct site inspections related to design, testing and commissioning along with team members when necessary to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the requirements.
