A reputed Consultant Company in Qatar is looking for a talented Architect Design Engineer with 6–7 years of experience in architectural design and consultancy projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, functional, and sustainable designs that meet client and authority requirements, while ensuring compliance with QCS and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
• Produce high-quality drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations for projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interior) to finalize designs.
• Ensure designs comply with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), Ashghal, and local authority regulations.
• Prepare and review design reports, presentations, and tender documentation.
• Support in obtaining authority approvals and permits.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented during construction.
• Incorporate sustainability, innovation, and value engineering into design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
• 6–7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in consultancy/design companies in Qatar.
• Strong portfolio in architectural design (residential, commercial, and institutional projects).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
