Job Purpose Position provides execution leadership to COMP2 Project, with support from Shared Services Integrated T&I Organization, guided by the following principles:

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
- Support various stakeholders (EPC teams, Shared Services) to meet their respective objectives by discharging T&I engineering (including transportation, heavy lifts, float-over, pipelay, subsea cable lay, subsea) responsibilities and duties efficiently and effectively - multiple accountabilities and responsibilities

Key Job Accountabilities
Position Accountabilities and Functions include:
1. As T&I Execution Lead, provide knowledge and experience technical and execution input to engineering designs and installation procedures, ensure the install-ability of the design is consistent with established industry processes and effectively manage operational issue resolution through strong interfaces with both company and contractor teams delivering full alignment on the installation execution.
2. Through his broad offshore installation knowledge, he shall ensure that the different onshore preparations, near shore scope and offshore installation campaigns are performed safely and efficiently during every phase, including pre-commissioning and preservation, and shall be available "on call" and responsive to resolve all operational issues during that process.
3. Lead, monitor, and ensure EPC Contractors' deliverables and other submittals are reviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract
4. Actively engage with Interface Management to manage interfaces with 3rd party operators eg pipelines crossing 3rd party assets, other EPC contractors, QG operations
5. Provide T&I inputs to HAZid's, FRAs, Constructability Reviews etc
6. Manages marine assurance processes across all T&I EPCs marine operations activities - including vessel suitability assessments, marine assurance inspections and audits (e.g., OVID), marine warranty surveys, DP assurance
7. Review of transportation and installation procedures from engineering perspective such as heavy lifts, jacket launches, topside floatovers, pipeline, cable, umbilical, crossings, post installed risers including stalk ons, freespan correction, pilling, load out, float on, float off, trenching, burial, beach pull, transpooling and others
8. Engaged with execution planning, preparation and direct execution and operations of all aspects of the offshore installation requirements of the project including but not limited to following scope activities to ensure all key objectives are achieved or exceeded.

Your Responsibilities

As Project Manager, Production & Supply Chain, you play a critical operational role in ensuring all materials and production elements required for the fairs are identified, sourced, delivered, and ready on-site.   • Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory from end-user demand to supply.

Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate Shipment tracker and communicate with cross functional team -Vendors, Planners, GR and operation with shipment updates.
  • Coordinate and arrange transport of goods with shipping or freight companies- from factory to CME WH
  • Track delivery progress of shipments and trace lost shipments if necessary.
  • Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and booked during the year
  • Enter shipping information into Shipment Tracker (D365)
  • Ensure all Shipping document are available prior to shipment arrival and pass it to GR for verification.
  • Sharing the Load ID (through 365) with Operations prior to the shipment arrival and keep track of receiving update.
  • Completion of GRN and submission of shipment invoices to finance in 2 working days.
  • Initiate inventory, shipping Claim and track record of it. Seek planners/procurement support to solve the same.
  • Work with planner to prepare reports or other task at times. On time submission of reports as per request
  • Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting by collaborating with team members to achieve correct inventory results.
  • Documenting/Recording Information - Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in Excel or in ERP

Job Description
  • Supplier delivery follow-up for post contracts/LPO: tracking the delivery time, status, calculating delays, and obtaining work confirmation from the respective department. A tracker for supplier follow-ups to be maintained; in case of any delivery delays, the same needs to be escalated to team members for further actions.
  • Follow up with HMC for PHCC orders and arrange transportation by coordinating with HMC and PHCC warehouse team.
  • Prepare technical and commercial evaluation sheets by reviewing bidder’s offers for tender and RFQ.
  • Maintain a database for non-HMC PR/PO summary, technically accepted items, etc.
  • Review and update the implant team with accepted items for CWH inspection.
  • Arrange samples for evaluation meetings; after evaluation, return rejected samples to the procurement department and store accepted samples in our stores with proper logs and identification labels.
  • Storeroom management within headquarters: maintaining and updating approved vendor/brand information on the database and tracking delivery periods, product ranges, part numbers, etc. for future reference.
  • Track RFQ and TAC bidder’s summary sheet.
  • Allocate stock based on back-order details.
  • Allocate stock based on urgent requests shared from the store.
  • Collect item images from PHCC inventory team and share with SME as per their request to support evaluation.
  • Raise non-HMC PRs in Oracle as per the details given by the planner.
  • Collect item SDS (Safety Data Sheet), manuals, and instructions for use for sharing with OHS or IPAC department.
  • Scan technical, commercial, delivery notes, clinical trial, etc. and maintain entire data records for each TAC.
  • Prepare work completion certificates and submit to procurement.
  • Assist the team in preparing departmental KPIs on a periodic basis.
  • Support different stakeholders for annual stock count in PHCC stores and central warehouse.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, finance, or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience, with at least 4 years of similar experience in store coordination, inventory management, database management, evaluation samples management, and handling NCRs within the government sector in healthcare entities in Qatar.
  • The consultant is expected to have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and basic knowledge of WMS.
  • Mandatory Excel skills for reporting and analyzing.
  • The incumbent should understand the end-to-end SCM business processes and be able to handle daily operations.
  • Inventory/supply chain management experience.

Support in developing strategies for the effective planning of items to ensure continuous availability. Support in monitoring the inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding both shortages & overstock situations. Support in implementing & managing systems for real-time consumption tracking & reporting. Manage the process of introducing new items into the supply chain including coordinating with Subject Matter Experts, Finance & all relevant stakeholders. Conduct Market research & supplier evaluations to ensure best sources for new items. Oversee the creation & maintenance of item master data. Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience, of which 4 years of similar experience in inventory, purchase, sourcing, and contract management, operational experience is required within the government sector in healthcare entities in Qatar. Thorough knowledge on governmental By-Laws related to procurement. The consultant is expected to have minimum of 8 years of hands-on Oracle ERP & basic knowledge of WMS.
