Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring the delivery of output metrics covering: new hire attrition rates (First 12 months), quality of hire, target start dates and customer satisfaction for all hires for assigned Function(s) /Subsidiary.
- Influence key stakeholders where no direct line responsibility exists) to ensure output metrics are met.
- Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle for assigned Function(s) / Subsidiary / Department, from requirements definition, sourcing, selection through to overseeing onboarding.
- Own the delivery of an assigned number of open positions, managing interfaces with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment outcomes and quality of hire, time to hire and cost of hire standards are met.
- Play a key role on the recruitment of Senior/executive roles, in agreement with the Manager Talent Acquisition and at higher or lower grades dependent on function/subsidiary and workload balancing.
- Promote best practice selection using the selection framework, coaching hiring managers where necessary and taking ultimate responsibility for high quality hiring decisions and meeting quality of hire metrics.
- Accountable and responsible for any Talent Acquisition Projects assigned. Responsible for scope development, stakeholder management, risk assessment and performance of the project to meet goals and objectives.
- Champion compliance with Qatar Airways Group policies and procedures throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including ensuring comprehensive and accurate information is maintained in key systems (e.g.ATS) to consistent standards across the team.
- Conduct full briefing meetings with Hiring Managers for each role and develop role specific value propositions in line with the Qatar Airways Group EVP and branding guidelines.
- Represent Qatar Airways Group at industry events in line with EVP.
- Maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other teams involved in the onboarding process to ensure that time to start targets are met.
- Ensure consistently accurate and complete data to HR Employee Services to support this for the assigned function(s) / Subsidiary.
- Partnering with the rest of the HR Function, design and implement a consistent and effective selection strategy and process for Qatar Airways Group, including a suite of selection tools.
- Ensure the suite of selection tools are statistically proven to improve output metrics, are consistently used across Qatar Airways Group, and interviewers/assessors are thoroughly trained in their use.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition Team who can recognize themselves in the points below.
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Will have spent a key portion of career in an Executive Search firm or Professional Recruitment Agency.
- Experience of working within a global organization.
- Previous experience of supporting Direct ‘search based’ Recruitment Models.
- Previous recruitment agency or experience recruiting a large volume of people through a variety of
- Methods.
- Proven resourcing experience within a fast paced, complex environment.
- Must demonstrate a clear track record of proactively sourcing a significant number of hires using market research techniques.
- Politically savvy, flexible and with a strong drive to achieve desired outcomes in an environment of constant change, competing priorities and objectives
- Able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of current Organization’s core business, organisation, strategic direction, challenges and aspirations
