You will be responsible to lead the IT systems implementation and support of Digital Signage Solutions, Point of Sale Systems, Self-Service Kiosks for assigned business units. The activities may involve requirements gathering requirements, solution design, reviews, product evaluation, tech architecture, NFR testing and software delivery and implementation of cyber security controls. This role also will involve identification and adoption of new digital technologies that will improve business automation, customer experience.

- Design and build IT solutions which are scalable, resilient and sustainable to address business requirements
- Responsible for solution design, including the technical aspects of configuration management methods, system security requirements, operational and maintenance aspects of solutions under development.
- Supports in the development of service level agreements and any associated service guarantees.
- Conduct root cause analysis of reported incidents and problem tickets in operational systems and ensure timely fixes. Acts as a problem owner coordinating with various stakeholders in ensuring recovery of services.
- To enforce compliance to QRIT policies while selecting solution design components, and co-ordinates design activities, promoting the discipline to ensure consistency in the assigned projects. Ensures that appropriate standards (corporate, industry, national and international) are adhered to.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting large scale cloud based Digital signage solutions / Advertisement Screens with expertise in troubleshooting both hardware and software components used in advertisement signage.

- Expertise in digital systems used across retail industry with ability to integrate these systems with internal systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications : 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Retail applications, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS) Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail SIOCS modules and features.
Experience in store inventory processes like receiving, cycle counts, stock ledger, and transfers. Hands-on experience with cloud deployment models and integrations.
Familiarity SIOCS integrations with Oracle Xstore POS, ORMS, and related Oracle Retail ecosystem. Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs used in Oracle Retail Cloud Services Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
