TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

**Responsibilities**:
These include, but not limited to:

- Liaise with internal departments/units, and external government bodies.
- Preparing different correspondences and draft responses as required.
- Translate documents and reports from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Assists in the preparation of budget and monitoring expenditures.
- Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of assigned projects as appropriate.
- Performs purchasing functions when required and followsup with the concerned staff.
- Assist in planning appointments, meetings, trainings, workshops, etc.

- Attend meetings as required, prepare minutes of meeting, and timely distribute to all concerned parties.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering/ science/commerce field is preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience performing a full range of office support duties.
- Relevant work experience in Qatar is beneficial.

**Language preference**:

- Arabic and English Speaking and Writing is required
