• BSc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas Technical HSE Design and Engineering, with at least 5 years in Brown Field Oil and Gas Project Delivery under an umbrella contract.
• Experience as a Lead Technical HSE engineer in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in quantitative risk and consequences simulation software such as PHAST and FRED.
• Experience working on Shell projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and technical report writing skills.
• Experience in the Middle East, with knowledge of GTL, Gas Processing, and Utilities is a plus, as is frontend and commissioning experience.
• Proven leadership skills and personal drive to meet deadlines and targets.
• Experience as HAZID / HAZOP Secretary is required.
