- Proven experience in leading projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Digital Water technologies, and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Required relevant Chartered status and Professional License(s)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in current technologies and methodologies related to asset management and operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.

Administer and maintain private cloud and Azure cloud workloads
Manage and monitor backups across all services to ensure availability and security
Administer Microsoft 365 subscriptions, including license management and activity monitoring

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
Familiarity with storage technologies including SAN, NAS, and RAID
Ability to design and implement backup and recovery strategies
Experience managing M365 environment, logs, and subscriptions
Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and software lifecycle management
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SCOM and administration tools such as SCCM, ECM, Intune
Soft Skills and Teamwork:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
