  • The Van Salesman will be responsible for driving sales through direct selling and distribution of products from the assigned Supervisor / Manager. The role involves managing a designated sales route, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Sales and Distribution :

  • Drive the sales of products from the assigned Supervisor by visiting customers on an established route.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Route Planning :

  • Plan and optimize daily sales routes to maximize efficiency and coverage.

  • Proven experience as a Van Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in the same capacity
