**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Greet the customer in a happy and courteous manner. Abiding the company standard of how to answer the phone.

2. To get complete and accurate orders from the customer. Repeat the orders to the customer, making sure that all orders are listed

3. For deliveries, make sure that the complete details of the customer were taken, complete address, and phone number.

4. To make sure that orders are complete before giving to the customer or delivery

5. Suggesting to the customer to order the special of the day

6. Upselling target items

7. Punching of orders or endorsing the orders to the cashier for kitchen order token, whichever is applicable in the restaurant setting

8. Making sure payment was made and customers will have their orders attached with receipt and change if applicable.
