Monthly Salary**:QAR 1,800 (Waiters); QAR 2,300 (Captain Waiters) plus FREE transportation and shared accommodation**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing assistance as needed.
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and recommendations, showcasing a deep understanding of the cuisine and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special dietary requirements and preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, using proper serving techniques and ensuring the correct presentation of dishes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of wine and beverage offerings, making appropriate recommendations and assisting guests with their selections.
- Ensure all tables are properly set with clean linens, polished silverware, and pristine glassware, adhering to the restaurant's standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from the restaurant management team when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service, coordinating the delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including cleaning and resetting tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
- Stay updated on the restaurant's offerings, including menu changes, seasonal promotions, and special events, to provide accurate and comprehensive information to guests.
- Continuously strive to enhance your knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and self-study, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.**:

- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with the ability to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in taking orders and delivering service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the restaurant's grooming and dress code standards.
