**Position Summary**
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, primarily the flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse, in addition to several different duties. His role is to provide all necessary paperwork and related follow-up with concerned parties to ensure accurate and orderly delivery and receiving of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive inbound shipments using best practice - check quality, quantity, proper segregation of goods by reference and highlight deviations.
- Effective use of D365 and AWM for all warehouse processes
- Should have work experiences in WMS ( ERP)
- Initiate the put away process to assigned locations and post GRN in system after reconciling the shipments.
- Manage the inbound and outbound workflow and other warehouse operations.
- Review open and closed replenishment and transfer orders.
- Initiate all pick and pack processes and forward to the fleet team for timely deliveries.
- Ensure the storage locations are utilized well and products are stored based on the standards to optimize space.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
- Notify the concerned team for supplier return of damaged items and facilitate the tasks of write off if confirmed.
- Engage in the stock count procedures to ensure stocks are under control in terms of value and their quantities.
- Complete cycle counts within the timeline given.
- Escalate issues to managers when necessary.
- Any other task required by the job.

- The job holder will join the Major Projects Logistics team to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective logistics services for material handling onshore and offshore, adhering to company standards.
- This is an onshore Rotational Position, and the job holder will be based in CPY / CTR Warehouse, Ras Laffan with frequent visits to EPC local yards and/or Contractor logistic bases, ports, CPY Headquarters as required.
