Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Business Applications, you will be responsible for the planning, maintenance, development, and operation of the University's Web presence and Portal application and directing the integration for Internet/web related services and functionality into the overall computing fabric of the QU, including but not limited to: Administrative systems, Library systems, Academic/distance learning systems, Student, faculty, staff and alumni "portal" systems, and World Wide Web presence.
You will lead a group consisting of staff members who perform systems administration and analysis for the qu.edu.qa web presence and the QU portal infrastructure utilized. You will work closely with other Unit Heads and staff members within ITS as well as other groups around campus who support web applications and supply enterprise content management solutions to the University.
Your primary initial responsibilities include SunGard Luminis Portal products implementation and integration in addition to Microsoft SharePoint Portal, developing web services integration "vision" and directing day-to-day operations of Internet/web services integration. You are expected to stay current with state-of-the-art web site practices, including graphic presentation, interactivity, web marketing, server performance and other relevant areas, and serve as a college resource to provide guidance and support in those areas. Continuously research web technology and its integration with various business and student information system applications, email, conferencing, newsgroup and related technologies.

The Field Engineering team is our team of cloud solutions architects at Canonical, working directly with our customers, designing private and public cloud solutions fitting their workload needs. The portfolio of products includes on-premise cloud solutions such as Openstack, MicroCloud and Ceph, and solutions that could be deployed either on-premises or in public clouds such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, PostgreSQL, etc. The team works hands-on with the technologies by deploying, testing and handing over the solution to our support or managed services team at the end of a project. Job Description
- Establish, build and develop a healthy sales funnel
- Understanding of business requirements and provide solutions with Odoo ERP
- Attend customer calls, meet them, and provide them with the most appealing quotes
- Support Technical teams in preparing customer quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and site surveys, and in closing the deals
- Bill customers for completed works and follow up money collection.
- Manage sales through face to face, telephone calls, live conversations, partnerships agreement with key market players (design consultants, contractors, etc.)
**Marketing - 20%**
- Develop Zmakan Sales and Marketing Strategies and Plans
- Develop Zmakan Services Portfolio and profile
- Set products and services list prices and applicable discounts, including sales periods
- Manage, update, and maintain content of Zmakan website and social media pages
**Administrative - 20%**
- Ensure adherence to company values, regulations, and policies
- Day-to-day team coordination and performance optimization
- Update, and maintain an ERP platform
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
