Coordinate within the company as well as with all contractors and subcontractors engaged to deliver a safe and successful Industrial Hygiene Program implementation.
- Manage the implementation of Industrial Hygiene Program (IHP) and Annual Action Plan at OPCO facilities and planned Shutdown in offshore and onshore locations, ensuring compliance with relevant industrial hygiene standards. Facilitate HSE meetings and deliver presentations at management levels, while managing KPIs in collaboration with the concerned authorities to review activities and findings associated with the Industrial Hygiene Program.
- Lead analysis of workplace health issues raised at OPCO facilities and Shutdown locations, both offshore and onshore, communicating these issues to corporate HSEQ team, and proposing recommendations to minimize health risks.
- Facilitate and supervise the development and review of internal and external industrial hygiene procedures including Safe Work Practices (SWPs), as directed by the Head of Industrial Hygiene, ensuring all procedures are in line with local, national, and international regulations and standards, as well as overall HSEQ objectives.

- Organize and supervise the programme for inspections and audits on food and welfare activities, heat stress management, industrial hygiene and radiation safety to confirm the implementation of IHP in OPCO facilities and Shutdown locations in offshore and onshore.
- Lead the organization and execution of industrial hygiene workshops, and design and implement applicable workplace health protection trainings on various industrial hygiene and worker welfare issues. Participate in business-level risk assessments actively to ensure the implementation of adequate controls for identified risks.
- Lead corporate level initiatives on worker welfare and food safety, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders (RLIC, MOPH), implementing the initiatives effectively and showcasing the Company's best practices for worker welfare to protect and enhance QatarEnergy LNG's reputation.
- Coordinate and supervise the program to verify the compliance of the Radiation safety measures across OPCO facilities and Shutdown locations in offshore and onshore locations and to serve as the first point of contact for external regulatory bodies, e.g., Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC).

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, chemical/mechanical engineering or chemistry, or environmental health. Masters' degree or any advanced certificate degree in industrial hygiene is highly desirable.
Knowledge and/or Experience
- Minimum 10 years' related experience including a minimum 5 years' experience at a supervisory level within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design brochures, slide decks, and infographics for internal and external audiences.
- Showcase services such as material selection, corrosion circuit identification, FFS assessments, and AIV/FIV screenings.
- Conduct interviews with team members to gather insights and testimonials.
- Align all materials with Wood PLC's branding and tone.
- Research oil and gas projects and tenders relevant to Wood's consulting services.
- Identify marketing opportunities.
Deliverables:
- A digital brochure or one-pager.
- A marketing PowerPoint presentation.
- A short video or animation (optional).
- A SharePoint or Teams site section for internal visibility.
- A summary slide/report on tender insights.

- Establish, coordinate, and administer aspects of laboratory quality assurance including implementation of ISO17025 quality management system for the laboratory accreditation. Deliver accurate and dependable results while adhering to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines. Ensure laboratory operation consistently meet the highest standards, address any deviations, anomalies and collaborate with laboratory team to continually improve process and maintain the integrity of laboratory works.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Ensure all laboratory operations and procedures comply with requirements outlined in ISO 17025. Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory quality management system (QMS) that aligns with ISO 17025. Maintain all international standard procedures used as reference for laboratory analysis, and ensure they are the latest updated versions.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all other relevant systems depending on the laboratory focus. This includes staying up-to date with changes in regulations and implementing necessary changes.
- Advise, coach, support, and guide laboratory staff for understanding and implementations of ISO 17025 including quality polices, and procedures, promote awareness of quality standards throughout the organization.
- Establish and maintain document control process or systems to ensure that all relevant documents, including procedures, records, and calibrations, are controlled and up to date. Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and deviation from established procedures. Inspect corrective actions and implementation to prevent recurrence.
- Communicate inter-department within QatarEnergy LNG for laboratory activities related to the quality system implementation. Performs the review of all laboratory activities according to quality management system to find if any improvements can be made.
Key Job Accountabilities - II
- Ensure that the equipment's and other laboratory facilities meet the requirements of analysis and international standards and ensure that records in the LIMS are accountable and traceable for audit trail purposes.
- Lead annual laboratory management review to assess the effectiveness of the laboratory quality management system (LQMS) and make necessary improvements. This includes reviewing quality objectives, audit results, and customer feedback.
- Plan and conduct internal audit to assess the laboratory compliance with ISO 17025 standards and other customer requirements. Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and corrective actions. Oversee internal audit processes, external assessments, proficiency testing programs, document control systems, competency assessment, training, and other quality processes.
- Prepare and coordinate external audits and assessment by accreditation and certification bodies. Ensure that the laboratory maintains its accreditation status and works toward maintain and renewing the laboratory's accreditation to ISO 17025 through compliance with accreditation body requirements. Analyze data, identify trends, develop reports with actionable insights and help management to achieve better results and compliance.
- Manage laboratory proficiency testing program and ensure that the laboratory consistently meets high quality standards and deliver accurate results. This includes program development, report evaluation and reporting nonconformities. Conduct risk assessment in accordance with ISO 17025 to identify, evaluate, and manage risk associated with laboratory operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or science discipline.
Knowledge and/or Experience
- 8 years' experience in Oil and Gas laboratory environment, including experience in laboratory quality management activities and at least 3 years of which were at a supervisory level.
- Experience in performance and evaluation of quality control procedures, laboratory assessments and validation of test results.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025: Thorough understanding of ISO 17025 requirements and experience in implementing and maintaining the standard within a laboratory setting. Working knowledge of other applicable standards including ISO 9001.
- Certified ISO 17025 Auditor.
Technical and Business Skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy, involving the regular use of database, spread sheet and presentation software.
- Good understanding of statistics.
- Work requires analytical, interpretative, and constructive thinking, with high degree of evaluative judgement.
