- Major challenges for this position:
- (1) during project phase actively participate and provide support to ensure that deliverables related to Electrical discipline are available as perOperations Readiness Plan (ORP) and support completion of the deliverables at project handover: Actively participating in the activities starting from the cold/pre-commissioning of the facilities. Key Job Accountabilities - I
- Maintain an understanding of QatarEnergy LNG Management System (QLMS) processes and participates and supports this process to minimize SHE incidents.
- Prepare, perform and oversee maintenance activities related within own discipline, PM/CM/Shutdown (SD) and minor Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) activities in collaboration with the discipline or production supervisor, either in field or in the workshop, utilizing company safe work practices and in compliance with applicable maintenance procedures.
- Establish that all identified material and spares are available and in good condition before commencement of maintenance activity. Maintain tools and equipment in optimum condition and ensure the calibration validity of all equipment is retained and is available during any maintenance process, in compliance with all SHE&Q policies, procedures and standards.
- Provide accurate records and close-out reports of all completed work in alignment with company requirements, as detailed within the SAP Maintenance Management system and as requested by discipline supervisor.
- Support troubleshooting of field equipment issues, faults and failures though investigation using Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), technical equipment drawings, BOM Index, equipment data sheets and other documents to rectify anomalies and reinstate equipment.
Key Job Accountabilities - II
- Conduct regular toolbox meeting with colleagues and report all Near Miss Incidents and events during activities via the appropriate observation reporting system. Perform assigned Emergency Response team activities as directed by Management.
- Complete hazard identification assessments, Joint Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRAs) to ensure that all mandatory requirements for the issued Permit To Work (PTW) are in place prior to work commencement and throughout the work activities until completion.
- Provide for the co-ordination of contract services staff, when working on site to undertake maintenance and repair activities on installed equipment, to ensure the appropriate standard of work is carried out and that all safety and environmental standards are adhered to.
- Produce constructive input and feedback on field expansion issues to department focal point and participate in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Hazard and Operability (HAZOPs), Risk Screening (RS)/Formal Risk Assessments (FRAs), field completion activities, commissioning, and warranty/punch work with PMT and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor, as directed by management.
- Provide support to project department while implementing new projects and ensure proper handover/completion as per company policy and procedure. Support OES Spare parts and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) teams by providing specialized inputs and contribute to delivering projects maintenance readiness deliverables to ensure safe and reliable start-up and life-cycle maintenance activities during projects.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years) followed by vocational training program (TAFE).
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- 7 years' experience in maintenance within the oil and gas sector, experience in facilities operating with safety first concept, work permit system, of which 3 years in supervisory level.
- Well-versed with safety practices and precautions related to electrical equipment, demonstrating responsible electrical behaviour.
- Proficient in performing electrical isolation, de-isolation and earthing tasks. Capable of executing switching operations up to 415V - 33KV levels, following the appropriate procedures and securing Authorised Electrical Person (AEP) certificate.

- Develop Upstream Integrated Gas Volume and Activities plan (UGP/IAP), review gas production, water injection plans and surveillance ensuring uninterrupted feed-gas delivery from wells and reservoirs to LNG trains. Support production enhancement, development studies, plans and projects to meet company targets in the most cost-effective manner.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
- Coordinate Integrated Activity and Gas Volume Plans as per UGP process cycles and sequences and align with stakeholders all well test and injection programs in coordination with operations Department. Monitor rig based well testing, measurement and sampling.
- Support Reservoir Engineers to develop production guidelines to optimize gas and condensate from Qatargas wells and review non-routine or unplanned events requiring the management of special parameters (H2S/Water/Condensate/Casing Pressure).
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen production shortages and downtime and ensure production availability from offshore in advance to satisfy the LNG requirements and mitigate the short falls in short term basis.
- Review the analysis of all production data and parameters at offshore and onshore facilities, and ensure the use of standards, in-house application tools as well as real time information management tools (POIS).
- Develop Well Performance and System Network Performance models update and optimize performance as per the operating boundaries set by Qatargas standards and confirm accuracy of the measurement and metering electronics and transmitters.

- Analyse onshore wastewater injection wells for uninterrupted water injection and implement injection guidelines and quality requirements on a continual basis. Elevate any abnormal findings to Section Head.
- Propose stimulation strategy for Qatargas wells and support implementation of the same and c oordinate testing and cleanup of wells post stimulation and any change management actions. Review well testing reports for new wells and re-completions.
- Assess stimulation effectiveness using rig based flow back or PLT data, recommend improvement and optimization. Analyse well performance of producing wells post stimulation and recommend remedial action such as re-stimulations to enhance productivity.
- Review input and determine production performance for Well, Platform, Asset for development and re-development projects and complete WIS and WEP development for re-completions and development wells with stimulation and well clean up input.
- Perform well production volume back allocation based on well test and reservoir engineering inputs and Production Logging (PL) interpretation. Contribute monthly and annual reconciliations at all fiscal meter levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.

- 6 years' experience in Production Operations, Production Planning, Optimization in the Oil and/or Gas industry, including at least 2 years' experience in production technology, Petroleum engineering applications and tools for production optimization, stimulation, PLT and forecasting.

Responsible for the maintenance of the trams during service and overnight for longer repairs. For each shift, staff members will, at a minimum, be skilled and/or certified in at least one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanics
- Electronics
- Electrical
- The personnel acting as the Shift Lead is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the rolling stock, maintaining an inventory of spare parts, acting as the line of communication from the Senior O&M Manager / Supervisor to the rolling stock Maintenance Staff, and any other tasks delegated by the Senior O&M Manager.
- The staff is responsible for all mechanical and electrical tram components.
- Duties include inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, or replacements of mechanical or electrical tram parts, and any other duties delegated by the Shift Lead. The certified welder is responsible for performing repairs and modifications on the tram's metal work. Duties also include maintaining welding records as required by applicable standards, and any other duties delegated by the Shift Lead.
- Responsibilities of the Maintenance Staff include. maintaining and running the TMV (Track Maintenance Vehicle), ensuring the alignment is free of any kind of debris and is safe for operation, and repairing or replacing any component of the track that requires maintenance. Daily tasks will include pre-operaƟon inspection of track, as well as other tasks determined by the Senior O&M Manager including any and all issues with the alignment.
- Responsible for maintaining all machinery and equipment in the depot. Daily tasks may include installing, replacing, and repairing machine parts, testing machines to determine efficiency, detect malfunctions, defects or other damage, adjusting any controls that regulate operations to ensure conformance to required specifications, as well as any other duties implemented by the Senior O&M Manager.
- Complies with Qatar Ministry of Transport Train and Tram Drivers Permit Requirements.
- Manages electronics technicians' team.
- Manages the system safety requirements of applicable and agreed-upon standards and codes Oversees preparation of FRACAS.
- Monitors all electronics safety via forms and strategies, practicing the guidelines presented in applicable and agreed-upon standards and codes.
- Identifies, updates and monitors minimum qualification requirements, job titles and training documentation. Supplies training reports to clients and SNC management.
- Ensures that all employees assigned to their project meet job competency requirements and complete training identified in the training matrix.

8 years' experience with direct maintenance in planning /scheduling
within oil and gas and petrochemical industry, out of which 3 years

Computer literacy and familiar with industry specific computer
programs such as SAP PM.
