Job Title: Senior Commissioning Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer with strong expertise in offshore oil and gas commissioning projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a challenging, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning activities for assigned offshore projects, acting as the main liaison between project teams and contractors.
• Review and provide feedback on scope of work for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and completion activities.
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, plans, and procedures in line with project and contract requirements.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with company regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Organize and manage the commissioning team and ensure appropriate staffing and resource allocation.
• Coordinate commissioning schedules, vendor visits, and on-the-job training for critical equipment.
• Work closely with construction teams, contractors, and end users to manage punch lists and resolve system or equipment issues.
• Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and safety design reviews.
• Support project closeout activities and gate approvals.
• Manage frequent fieldwork and flexible working hours, often requiring extended time on-site.
• Communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 12 to 14 years of experience in oil and gas construction, commissioning, and installation.
• Proven expertise in commissioning fire and gas (F&G) systems, distributed control systems (DCS), integrated control systems (ICS), power management, instrument air, and wellhead control systems.
• Experience with offshore projects strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with commissioning software tools such as ICAPS or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Mselect is looking to hire a GIS Analyst for an oil and gas operator in Doha, Qatar. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the field of geomatics, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas industry. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process large data from drone mapping and LiDAR scanning of assets.
2. Integrate processed data from drone and LiDAR into GIS systems to support projects and operations.
3. Convert Building Information Management (BIM) data into GIS format and upload into GIS database.
4. Provide GIS technical support during incident management in emergencies or crises.
5. Perform data mining of project dossiers, engineering drawings (CAD files), operation manuals, inspection reports, etc., to extract geographic and engineering attribute data for GIS updates.
6. Assist senior GIS engineers in developing geospatial business solutions to meet organizational needs.
7. Edit corporate GIS databases after transformation, processing, and quality assurance of data from various sources to maintain up-to-date records.
8. Populate attribute data from engineering records and site verification into MS Access and MS Excel databases.
9. Link AutoCAD entities with records in MS Access and MS Excel using AutoCAD's external database connectivity features.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, GIS, geomatics, geography, or related fields; postgraduate degrees in geography or GIS are highly desirable.
2. At least 8 years of relevant geomatics experience, with 5 years in the oil and gas industry.
3. Minimum 5 years' experience with ESRI GIS platform, including ArcGIS Pro and Portal for ArcGIS.
4. At least 5 years' experience managing drone data with software such as Drone2Map, Agisoft Metashape, PiX4Dmatic, or iTwin Capture Modeller.
5. Experience working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArcGIS GeoBIM, Trimble Connect, and Autodesk BIM 360.
6. Experience in creating 3D meshes, models, orthomosaics, DSM, DEM from drone and LiDAR data.
7. Experience in spatial data integration, QA/QC, and cleanup to support engineering activities.
8. Proficiency with ArcGIS extensions like 3D Analyst, Image Analyst, and Network Analyst for complex analysis.
9. Experience scripting with Python, Java, ArcPy, ArcGIS ModelBuilder, and ArcObjects SDK for JavaScript.
10. Experience in data mining from engineering drawings and documents to extract geographic and attribute data.
11. Proficient in CAD data extraction, translation, and loading into GIS without supervision.

• Responsible for collecting all customer payments and maintaining necessary documentation in this regard.

• Responsible of pulling customer files to assist in the collection of delinquent accounts.
• Responsible of having knowledge of all payment types available to our customers, including but not limited to credit cards, online bill payments, PDCs etc.
• Responsible of negotiating an appropriate workout plan with the customer to prevent foreclosure.
• Responsible of implementing timelines for follow-up.
• Responsible of maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all collection laws, practices, and policies.
• Responsible of maintaining up-to-date knowledge of account guidelines pertaining to delinquency.
• Responsible of maintaining customer confidence by providing ongoing quality service and keeping all files and information confidential.
• Responsible for following all processes and policies of the company and being aligned with the departmental SOPs at all times.
• Responsible of following any other tasks / projects that are assigned by your manager.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Equivalent
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a collections role.
• With a Qatar Driving License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of basic mathematical operations.
• Hands-on experience is using MS Office Suites: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential business risks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

The Vehicle Chief Mechanic supervises the reconstitution, preservation and maintenance of all USAF vehicle assets. Carries out all duties in accordance with USAF mandatory requirements. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

Principal Accountabilities

• Ensures monthly reconstitution, preservation and inspection goals are attained.
• Performs receipt Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) within prescribed guidelines.
