Job Purpose
The Subsystem Specialist is part of the Instrument Discipline Team, responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance and modification of 25 Instrument Subsystems that are used for safeguarding, control, and monitoring of various processes. These activities are based on approved Maintenance Strategies, Plant Changes, Procedures, and Working Instructions to ensure the highest availability and integrity of the complex installed Subsystems, meeting the company's requirements.
Principal Accountabilities
• Assist in operational activities through equipment inspection and maintenance based on QA/QC procedures and Reliability-Centered Maintenance techniques.
• Contribute to the reliability and integrity of plant instrumentation equipment by applying approved standards, procedures, and schedules within an ISO-certified quality assurance system.
• Act as a front-line maintenance person for Subsystems problems and breakdown maintenance.
• Support area maintenance teams for problems requiring specialist competencies not present in the area teams.
• Lead and participate in troubleshooting and investigations.
• Establish materials and equipment required to complete all allocated tasks correctly.

Profile

Proficient in field instrument installation, maintenance execution, and testing.

HSE:
