The Ned Doha
- Doha- competitive- Full timeLocated in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.
**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our culinary team as a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes. If you are a skilled culinary professional with a passion for excellence, we invite you to apply!
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned section.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, standards, and procedures.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and contribute to menu planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and methods.
- Extensive knowledge of ingredients, flavor profiles, and culinary trends.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
