**The opportunity**

We are looking for an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with a total experience of 5+ years who can understand business requirements and other technical specifications, to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team.

**Key Profile Requirements**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 7+ years of experience, Finance SMR with Oracle Fusion and EBS experience, preferably with big 4 and/or financial industry
- Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
- Maintenance and enhancements to existing Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
- Participate in design reviews and discussions
- Map client requirements against Oracle EBS/Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
- Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
- Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
- Prepare quality deliverables
- Prepare test scripts and test cases
- Conduct trainings
- Prepare quality deliverables
- Support Project Management Office (PMO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables
- Technical Design, Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components
- Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation
- Contribution to process review and improvement
- Deliver PoCs, Mentoring team
- Implement best practices, following development life cycle process

Management and Leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis role in data and analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, data governance, data warehousing solutions.
  • Must be able to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including leading focus groups to successfully illicit and document requirements (BRD) and secure business stakeholders signoff.

Prepare specification documents and user stories. Manage backlog. Leads training efforts as well as planning, preparation and conducting User Acceptance testing. Liaison with business stakeholders and provides clarification of specifications, stories and requirements to data team. Organize the sprint backlog, ensure stories are ready for sprint planning, and validates stories throughout a sprint to confirm requirements meet the Product Owners expectations. Support in the creation of the testing strategy, test execution plan, test scenarios and test scripts. Must be comfortable to work in both waterfall or agile approach depending on specific project needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, computer Science or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis role in data and analytics solutions. Strong understanding of business intelligence, data governance, data warehousing solutions. Must be able to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including leading focus groups to successfully illicit and document requirements (BRD) and secure business stakeholders signoff. Proven experience defining features and functionalities, documenting user stories, analytics use cases for a modern data platform, data warehouse and BI solutions. Experience with requirement analysis including gap analysis, data analysis, business process mapping, mock-ups and prototypes. Fluent in both English and Arabic is required.
