Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in IT project implementation to oversee the successful delivery of technology solutions across the organization. This role involves managing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the end-to-end implementation of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams comprising internal technical staff, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Identify project risks and issues, proactively implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Facilitate project meetings and provide clear, timely updates to all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Support user training, change management, and adoption activities to ensure project success.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 5 years of proven experience managing IT project implementations.
Solid understanding of IT systems deployment, integration, and delivery.
Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent communication skills in English (written and verbal) are mandatory.
Proficiency in Arabic and French is considered a strong advantage.
Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
