**Job Description**:
Scope and Objectives

To verify and maintain that all AV equipment for the hotel and as required for events. Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all equipment, devices, and systems. Ensure all equipment is fully operational, repair and clean as and when necessary. Additionally Operate and maintain all hotel house in-audio system, also assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage/operation of AV equipment.

Supportive Functions

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
- Works towards, achieving highest standards of guest satisfaction.
- Involvement in other activities as advice by the management and as necessary.
- Support in snagging and de-snagging process.

Physical Requirement

Performing these duties requires experience in using basic hand and power tools and the ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push and pull weights up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 40 feet high and reach in all directions, often times overhead

Frequency Key: Never - 0 hours; Rare - up to 1 hour; Occasional - 1-3 hours; Frequent - 3-6 hours; Constant - 6-8 hours

Some lifting of cartons or boxes, climbing on step stools, opening file drawers.

Other Duties
- Assimilate the Accor Mission, Vision & Values culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Accor from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
- In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

HSE Requirements

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your Manager.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Assists in providing technical support and setup of AV equipment's to the other department, other hotel staffs and guests as required.
- Assists in guiding the users to help setup AV systems or resolve escalated issues.
- Assists in documenting all technical issues with supervisors.
- Troubleshoots and maintains all the AV equipment's.
- Ensures that the maintenance of all electronics-related equipment and its associated auxiliaries are carried out in accordance with the Standard Engineering practice.
- Banqueting hall audio -video equipment maintenance and service and to be ready to use all times.
- Hotel Guest Rooms TV channels and transmission systems is up-to-date and in operation all the time.
- Arranged the systems well in advance before the functions and collect and placed them back in the stores in good working conditions.
- Ensures that the work specified on the work order within his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skilfully, economically, efficiently and completely.
- Ensures that electrical rooms, electrical panels audio - video control rooms are kept clean and orderly.
- Immediately notifies the supervisor on any unusual occurrences on any of the electrical lines, panels or controls, equipment's.
- Identifies upgrading needs for new AV systems, tools & equipment’s.
- Participates in the installation of AV recording and Video calling systems during events.
- Ensures that the equipment's & tools meet their requirements & specifications before they their deployment.
- Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot AV / projection equipment's / Mic / other devices.

This role seeks an experience Installations Site Manager who will carry out the following tasks:

Project management - Coordinate all aspects of project, including scheduling, staffing, coordinate with other trades, coordinate with sales person and customer to ensure project rungs smoothly.
Site Survey - obtain information about prospective job site such as taking measurements, deciding tools needed, loading area, parking, point of contact, site times, etc.
Installation/Tech Management, Cable termination/Rigging/Equipment, Rack Build, manage installation teams to ensure schedule is met and standard of work is being carried out.
Testing/Tuning - test all equipment installed to ensure proper functionality; tune all audio and video equipment and/or prep and test lighting and rigging to maximize functionality and performance. Training - Train the end user on use of A/V system and/or lighting and rigging, explaining all aspects of system functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
Administrative - manage all required administration
Sign Off / Operation Manuals/Completion Documents - assist in compiling, and deliver to the client, an operation manual which explains in detail how to properly operate the installed A/V system and/or lighting and rigging system including pictures when available; closing document signed to system specification

Ability to think and work independently, meeting deadlines as necessary.
Strong working knowledge of audiovisual control systems (AMX/Crestron/Extron, etc.) changes and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with test and calibration equipment.
Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.

Bachelor`s Degree in a technical subject or equivalent and related work experience in Audio Visual Field with emphasis in AV Integration Project Management.
Strong computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
InfoComm CTS certification desirable, CTS-I and CTS-D certification highly desirable.
Audio or video training by manufacturers: Crestron, AMX, BSS, Media Matrix, Extron, BiAmp, ClearOne, Polycom, QSC.

Site Survey - obtain information about prospective job site such as taking measurements, deciding tools needed, loading area, parking, point of contact, site times, etc. Installation/Tech Management, Cable termination/Rigging/Equipment, Rack Build, manage installation teams to ensure schedule is met and standard of work is being carried out. Testing/Tuning - test all equipment installed to ensure proper functionality; tune all audio and video equipment and/or prep and test lighting and rigging to maximize functionality and performance. Training - Train the end user on use of A/V system and/or lighting and rigging, explaining all aspects of system functionality and troubleshooting techniques. Administrative - manage all required administration Sign Off / Operation Manuals/Completion Documents - assist in compiling, and deliver to the client, an operation manual which explains in detail how to properly operate the installed A/V system and/or lighting and rigging system including pictures when available; closing document signed to system specification

Ability to think and work independently, meeting deadlines as necessary. Strong working knowledge of audiovisual control systems (AMX/Crestron/Extron, etc.) changes and troubleshooting. Proficiency with test and calibration equipment. Problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.

Bachelor`s Degree in a technical subject or equivalent and related work experience in Audio Visual Field with emphasis in AV Integration Project Management. Strong computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office products. InfoComm CTS certification desirable, CTS-I and CTS-D certification highly desirable. Audio or video training by manufacturers: Crestron, AMX, BSS, Media Matrix, Extron, BiAmp, ClearOne, Polycom, QSC.

Responsibilities

Assists sales teams by providing technical expertise, designing security solutions, and ensuring technical feasibility of proposals.This role involves understanding client requirements, aligning solutions with MOI SSD standards, and preparing technical documentation like BOQs and system architecture.

  • Engaging with clients to understand their security requirements and challenges, often through site surveys and feasibility studies.
  • Designing customized security surveillance solutions, including CCTV, access control, and other ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems, ensuring they meet MOI standards and client specifications.
  • Preparing detailed technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), system architecture diagrams, and compliance documents.
  • Working closely with sales teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and aligned with client needs, often participating in presentations to clients.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and security standards, particularly MOI SSD (Ministry of Interior Security Standards).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field is typically required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CCTV design, security systems presales, or a similar role is generally expected.
  • Strong knowledge of MOI SSD standards, video analytics, video storage solutions, and VMS (Video Management Systems) like Milestone, Genetec, or Avigilon.
  • Certifications in CCTV, networking, or security systems (e.g., CCNA, Milestone, Genetec) are often preferred.
