The role is responsible fordischarging Project Management activities across the Qatar In-Service Typhoon AvailabilityService Operation at Dukhan Airbase, Qatar, as CAM133. This role will undertakeProject Management activities within the respective technical delivery areas toensure key PM tenets are discharged and upheld.
Theincumbent will be required to gather, synthesize & integrate informationrelating to performance (cost, resources and outputs), generate, monitor andreport progress against plans, identify trends, analyze and interpret data andinformation to ensure all data and information is accurate, generate andpublish regular reports, including internal contract review packs and externalcustomer facing material
Thisrole will be geographically deployed out into the respective delivery area,providing a Project Management service into the allocated area. Hierarchically,this role will report into the Project Management Lead, who will providesupport, leadership and the PM governance framework the incumbent will berequired to operate within.
The role will also be required to support and conduct any ad-hoc PM activities required due to the nature ofOperations at Dukhan Airbase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deployed Project Management support to DukhanDelivery areas
- Run a subset of the Dukhan Business Rhythm withineach delivery area, ensuring Risk, Opportunity, Change (Organisational orTechnical) and Spend are reviewed within each team
- Co-ordinate, facilitate and compile agreed OPR inputson behalf of each delivery area
- Act as the deployed Project Management conscience ofthe Dukhan Operation, ensuring delivery areas remain within governance,escalating issues as required.
- Operate as ‘critical friends’ of the deployed areas,providing a valued Project Management service whilst driving and upholding PMvalues and standards
- Support compilation of PM&C artefacts into thedrumbeat Dukhan SMT Business Rhythm reviews (for example, Change Requests)
- Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives into theCI lead,seeking to maximiseoperational efficiency and minimising costs;
- Responsible for managing the financial informationfor the allocated area, to feed the Contract Status Reports (CSR);
- Responsible for managing the Risk and Opportunities(financial, quality, scope and quality) within the allocated area
- Develop, manage and maintain integrated programschedules for non-recurring elements of work
- Manage and measure delivery against the contract,advising on contractual compliance / shortfalls for both BAES and the QEAF(BFP/R)
- Co-ordinate, control and report against internal andcontractual KPI’s
- Act as an interface with junior officers within theQEAF for the allocated area for all applicable Project Delivery requirements
- Responsible for managing the resource manpower withinthe allocated area from a PM standpoint (e.g. cost, resource planning,capacity modelling)
- Support reviews (preparation or attendance) includingbut not limited to OPR, QCRs, QBRs, risk & opportunity, Change ControlBoards, Business Operations and customer PRMs;
- Provide support to the Business Management Lead for control of the Resource management aspectsof the Typhoon Availability Service
- Ensure compliance with the mandated BAE Systems Governance Framework, including,but not limited to; Life Cycle Management (LCM), Business ContinuityManagement (BCM) – Incident Management (IM),Gifts & Hospitality (G&H), Responsible Document Record Management (RDRM), ExportControl, SHE, et al.
- This role will also be required to support and conduct any ad-hoc PM activities required due to the nature of Operationsat Dukhan Airbase.
Qualifications/Functional Knowledge:
Functional Knowledge &Experience:
- Experienced and in-depth Project Control knowledge and techniques inan Operational Aircraft Support environment is preferred;
- Experienced resource demand management and forecasting;
- High level of MS Office knowledge and application;
- Understanding and appreciation of operating in a customer-focusedorganisation in the Middle East;

The Document Cell Senior
Lead reports to the Forward Maintenance Manager and is the point of contact for
technical documentation/ information.
To provide leadership and oversight for the development and delivery of
all Continuing Airworthiness Records activities, whilst maximising operational

Through the effective
utilisation of subject matter knowledge and experience, able to lead and manage
a team / number of teams of skilled and knowledgeable personnel, to deliver fit
for purpose of Continuing Airworthiness Records.
Core Activity
- Managing the development, production and publication of the performance indicators required to demonstrate the configuration, quality and integrity of the aircraft and component Continuing Airworthiness Records
- Managing the development and update of all Continuing Airworthiness Records, including the input of aircraft technical log data (hours, cycles, etc.) into the relevant record and maintenance system(
- Managing the delivery of the necessary reconciliation activities required to ensure the configuration, quality and integrity of the Continuing Airworthiness Records is maintained
- At a tactical level, managing the provision of information from the Continuing Airworthiness Records and the interface with Maintenance Tasking & Verification, Part 145 organisation, Fleet Planning, Reliability Programmes and other key stakeholders, in order to deliver the required standards of Continuing Airworthiness and contract delivery
- Managing and report on the effectiveness of Continuing Airworthiness Records completion and management processes, including feedback to Part 145 organisation and Suppliers, across all responsible maintenance locations. Ensure escalated issues, including any identified by the Airworthiness Review process, are assessed and effective solutions implemented into the Continuing Airworthiness Records activities
- Managing the delivery of advice and assistance on modification/configuration status-related questions.

- Performance indicators – Ensure the effective management of Continuing Airworthiness Records activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress and developing performance improvement programmes. Prioritises activities within/across team to maximise efficiency. Represents the Document Cell Senior Supervisor at management reviews, where necessary. Responsible for the assessment of escalated issues for any impact on Continuing Airworthiness and generating effective resolution, or sponsoring escalation to management, as appropriate
- Completion of activities – Ensure all Continuing Airworthiness Records activities are appropriately documented and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems (IT/paper based). Ensure all Continuing Airworthiness Records activities are performed by suitably qualified, experienced and authorised personnel. Ensure the integration of Continuing Airworthiness Records activity within the business, including the engagement of key stakeholders at all stages of the process. Provide support and guidance to the team
- Procedure/standards – Manage the Continuing Airworthiness Records team compliance with the CAME, its associated procedures and standards, and any other Company procedures and standards, as applicable. Identify, propose and implement change as required, whilst ensuring compliance
- Safety Management System – Promote the application of Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management and Safety Assurance within the Continuing Airworthiness Records team(s), together with the proactive analysis, mitigation and management of Hazards
- Management System Assurance – Ensure Continuing Airworthiness Records team activities are compliant with the Regulatory Governance and Assurance framework. Ensure Process Confirmations and independent assurance audits are supported by Continuing Airworthiness Records personnel and integrated within/across teams. Manage the response to audit findings in a timely and appropriate manner and provide information into the relevant reviews. Generate and implement effective improvements within/across teams to overcome any non-compliance and monitor effectiveness
- Statutory/Regulatory & Legislative requirements – Able to demonstrate a detailed understanding and application of the continuing airworthiness regulatory framework, e.g. EASA and ensure any changes are implemented; Ensure compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR/EaPW
- Contractual Requirements – Ensure compliance with all applicable contractual requirements; Support contract reviews and ensure communication of any changes into airworthiness records activities
Qualifications/Functional Knowledge:
- Requires general product knowledge/competency within own technical/subject area Minimum HNC in a relevant Data Management or Technical discipline, or Part 66 Category C qualified, or suitable equivalent
- Recent experience within a Maintenance & Support environment, including significant direct experience of managing and maintaining Continuing Airworthiness Records. Or Recent proven experience as a Team Leader in a related discipline, such as Maintenance Tasking & Verification, Reliability Programme management or Maintenance Programme development
- Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills/experience, with Lean management principles
- Able to demonstrate good team leadership knowledge and skills
- Effective, highly credible communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Job Description
Lead and undertake Reservoir Engineering studies of the QatarEnergy operated Dukhan oilfield to optimize field development plans, support simulation model maintenance, analyze reservoir and well performance data, develop reservoir surveillance programs and conduct reservoir management activities, including supporting planning and activity on CO2 WAG pilot. Prepare detailed/integrated development plans for underdeveloped hydrocarbon resources and participate in interdisciplinary reservoir study teams.
Principal Accountabilities- Lead the construction, and model history match to assess CO2 WAG EOR performance.
- Help develop and deliver optimized mid / long term strategic and tactical plans for the Operated Onshore field Assets.
- Perform the annual review of reserves, generate long-term production/injection forecasts for Asset Planning, Business Planning and drilling/workover schedule.
- Plan and supervise the acquisition (and perform analysis/interpretation) of Reservoir Engineering data from new and replacement wells for updating dynamic reservoir simulation models and determining optimum development plans and drilling targets. Ensure all data and analysis is input into integrated reservoir/field development studies.
- Maintain, develop and run 3D multiphase black oil / compositional dynamic reservoir models for mathematical simulation of reservoirs and field development planning.
- Develop / contribute and integrate Reservoir Engineering inputs into the short term (drill/replacement well projects, workover projects & drilling/workover operations), medium term (reservoir voidage management) and long term (field development and asset value optimisation) activities.
- Identify target reservoirs/reservoir layers and determine well-reservoir contacts for new/replacement vertical/deviated/horizontal drill projects into multi-layered heterogeneous reservoirs to optimize field development.
- Prepare detailed, integrated development plans for undeveloped hydrocarbon resources.
- Provide input to existing reservoir exploitation with regard to implementation of longer term reservoir management plans. Ensure surveillance programs are efficient and effective. Advising on reservoir management policies and well production limitations.
- Lead reservoir performance surveillance review sessions with multi-discipline teams.
- Coordinate and follow up the execution of reservoir-wide pressure transient analysis surveys.

The Armaments, Avionics & Survival Equipment Workshop Controller is responsible for ensuring that all off aircraft maintenance work is performed to approved data and quality standards. Reporting to the Deputy Depth Maintenance Manager for the organisation, administration, control and efficiency of the Part 145 Bay Operations.
The post holder will have a high-level understanding of Armament & Avionic trades and will be required to think and plan tactically to respond to the constantly changing environment in terms of the customer and product changes/customization.
The post holder will have a high level of interaction with the QAF support staff and will be responsible for planning maintenance events through the effective scheduling and optimisation of the Part 145 maintenance facilities capability and capacity. Ensuring agreed work packages and maintenance events are scheduled, resourced, executed and managed to plan and cost, with a clear understanding of the customers’ requirements and agreed time scales.
