Duties And Responsibilities
Assist teaching and learning process with IT solutions. Assist the admissions, records, and registration procedures of the school. Monitor and maintain the school email system (Microsoft Office 365). RenWeb Support school users through a series of actions, to help set up systems or resolve issues. Provide daily support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports in RenWeb and Microsoft Office. Set up new users’ accounts, profiles and resolve with password issues. Prioritize and manage open cases effectively (Academics). Test and evaluate new technologies to meet school requirements (Academics). Provide recommendations to improve the organization’s IT systems. Support and communicate with parents and students to guide them through RENWEB usage (User Creation, Resetting Passwords, Viewing Student Information …etc.). Update the school SMS System and communicating with parents by sending announcements and notifications (Using the SMS System). Support online and in-class (on ground) teachers and students to improve academic success. Create, research and modify software applications to deliver state of the arc teaching and learning IT solutions. Support IT requirement in the health science simulation lab. Support scheduling & enter course requests. Enter elective courses based on parents’ selections. Provide curriculum department and teachers with customized reports from RENWEB. Configure and support administrating of MAP Tests. Configure and support administrating of STANFORD Tests. Manage and support School Website Other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director or other administrative staff, which is consistent with the general requirements and qualifications of the position
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT services. 3 years’ experience in K-12 IT support. (preferred)

We are looking for a Retail Leasing Manager with extensive shopping mall experience, who would be responsible for managing and leading all leasing programs and activities, including planning and development.
Retail Leasing Manager Main responsibilities :
- Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions
- Tenant Management / Lease Administration and Documentation
- Study, review and recommend strategies that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall
- Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligation
- Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by the Operations Manager
- Assist with developing the Leasing budget and business plan and establish objectives as required
- Research and report on competitive Leasing and Specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of the mall
- Generate leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from initiation to final execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants
- Leasing management and forecast in order to maximize rental, thereby increasing various malls profitability
- Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to Company’s rules and procedures

Travel requirements : Occasional travel within Doha
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a relevant field

Job Description
We are seeking Educational Support Specialist in our Qatar Campus.
**Core responsibilities include**:
Duties and Responsibilities:
**Student support **(60%)
Provide individual and small group tutoring to students in the ARC.
Offer Supplemental Instruction and recitation sessions as needed.
Assists students in improving academic achievement by meeting with them on a regular basis to clarify learning problems and work on study skills.
**Faculty/staff support **(20%)
Works closely with relevant course instructors and other ARC staff (however, is expected to show initiative and independence in developing support programs).
Meets regularly with course instructors and may assist with reviewing course materials
Develops handouts and delivers workshops.
**Class attendance and proctoring (10%)**
Attend classes regularly, may assist with lab prep and delivery, in-class record-keeping, proctoring quizzes and exams as necessary.
**Miscellaneous (10%)**
Attends weekly ARC staff meetings
Assists with departmental proctoring duties
**Minimum qualifications/ Education/training**:
B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and experience working with undergraduate students.
**Experience**:
Previous tutoring or teaching experience in an academic institution is preferred.
**Skills/abilities**:
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines;
- Strong patience and commitment to students are also essential.
