Job Summary:

The
Business Development Executive

at E3 is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of E3's entertainment solutions and event services. This role involves market research, lead generation, sales negotiations, and strategic partnerships with malls, hotels, resorts, corporate clients, and family entertainment centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment and events industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with malls, hotels, resorts, corporate clients, and family entertainment centers.
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting E3's turn-key entertainment solutions, event services, and unique products to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position E3 as a leader in the entertainment industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and innovative event concepts that meet client objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent E3 at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and expand business opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals and tender documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and professional service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with mall partners, corporate clients, and event stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, branding, HR, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare account status reports and renewal proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment, events, or hospitality industry, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize engaging event solutions and client proposals.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the entertainment, events, or hospitality sectors.

  • Deliver industry leading training for Qatar Airways' account managers and the implementation of best joint dealing practices.
  • Working alongside B2B Comms, Marketing and Creative Services, support in the creation of effective Sales collateral to help Account Managers deliver key messages and actions.
  • Support Sales in defining and maintaining effective end-to-end dealing processes including through CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and dealing tools.
  • Working alongside Sales Operations, ensure the delivery of seamless servicing with Joint Business partners
  • Lead and project manage each of the Working Groups from Agency, Corporate and SME including maintain initiative roadmaps working with the wider commercial team to define and track objectives.
  • Deliver revenue, yield, RASK and other KPIS / targets as agreed under each Strategic Alliance.
  • Deliver joint dealing frameworks for all segments covered by the Strategic Alliances and Joint Businesses, including Corporate, TMC, Leisure and others.
  • Execute training programs for Qatar Airways and Partners' Account Managers to facilitate the effective implementation of joint deals across all in-scope geographies with Global, Regional and Local Sales teams
  • Define the joint distribution strategies, including GDS vs. NDC, and action plans to maximize revenue generation via optimal and cost-effective channels.

Job Description

We're Hiring:

Business Development & Operations Executive - Arabic Speaker

Location: Qatar

Industry: Contracting & Fit-Out

What you'll do:

  • Drive sales & secure new projects (fit-out, civil, MEP)
  • Prepare proposals, quotations & estimates
  • Coordinate with site teams & oversee project progress
  • Manage client relationships & ensure smooth handovers

Requirements

Civil Engineer (Degree or Diploma)

5–10 years' experience in Qatar (Contracting / Fit-Out / MEP)

Fluent in Arabic & English

Strong in Sales, Estimation & Negotiation

Valid QID & Qatar Driving License

Previous Track record in securing projects

Client handling & coordination skills

Strong Verbal, Written & Communication Skills Are Necessary.
