The ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in client relationship management within an agency, with proven success in financial services or similarly complex, regulated sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary senior liaison between the client and agency, providing strategic counsel and insight.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
- Develop and implement business-building strategies to drive short-term results and long-term brand value.
- Ensure excellence in execution by overseeing creative development, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Lead internal teams across creative, strategy, media, and production to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Constantly monitor performance, recommend optimizations, and provide proactive solutions to client challenges.
- Uphold financial responsibility, including scope management, billing accuracy, and profitability.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of agency experience, preferably with exposure to financial services or government-sector clients.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expert in integrated marketing communications, including digital, ATL, BTL, and social media.
- Solid business acumen, with a flair for identifying opportunities and optimizing performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
- Confident presenter and strategic thinker with attention to detail and quality.

The role + purpose
You are responsible as the lead for concepting, managing and supporting the development of influencer marketing campaigns and proposals on behalf of one of our key tourism clients. In this role you will be responsible for creative execution, activation of campaigns, on ground support, logistics and bookings as well as media and measurement. For this client we will facilitate on average 20 influencers a month, with increases around key events. The nature of the role means some out of hours work will be required to support at events or to respond to influencer comms. Your role is critical in the seamless day-to-day client servicing at McCann Content Studios and involves managing junior team members as well as being supportive to the Global MCS team.
You are a self-starter who demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative to own and lead the day-to-day approach and logistics of defining strategies – from theory through to creative ideation, casting, analysing and reporting on robust data and insights and managing the talent/talent team and client relationship through to campaign completion. You understand that our role as the influencer marketing agency for our tourism client is to seamlessly activate campaigns, deploying creators and influencers to inspire.
Key duties and responsibilities
Work with relevant team to execute and enhance a best-in-class influencer marketing service offering, including insight/analytics, innovation, social trend, tools, platforms and campaign measurement
Utilise creative thinking to best deliver creator activations for our tourism client
Drive best practices around campaign delivery using influencer marketing tools alongside championing the implementation of new tools and processes as required
Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs in a consistently changing landscape
- Lead negotiations on behalf of the client to procure the appropriate influencers and preferable ROI for campaigns and clients
Act as key liaison during negotiations, contract execution and live campaigns
Inherent contractual understanding – ability to draft, negotiate and execute robust influencer agreements, ensuring templates are up to date with the ever-evolving nature of the industry
Use an existing network of contacts / relationships and industry knowledge to build and fast-track opportunities
Keep abreast of current projects in development; collaborate with wider team to brainstorm and create opportunities for clients
Best-in-class activation and project management skills. You will regularly be required to meet with or host talent, this can take place outside of regular working hours (when special events are on weekend or evening work may be required)
Maintain a complete grasp of client’s business, needs and objectives – what they do and what they want to achieve, taking ownership and accountability for work and projects
Lead by example, providing adequate support and mentorship to junior members of the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, including managing upwards to the senior team as required
Oversee the formal client review process and take responsibility for the internal “Wash Up” process on completion of each project
Effective account planning, ensuring resources are aligned to meet client demands at all times
Take accountability for accurate project budgets, in conjunction with senior management when required
Work with finance to oversee and implement timely generation of required invoices and the overseeing of influencer payments
