We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Advanced SharePoint Trainer to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis in Doha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions on Advanced Microsoft SharePoint, including administration, workflow automation, integration, and custom development features.
- Design and develop course materials, including presentations, labs, and assessments, tailored to learners' needs.
- Customize training content to suit both technical and non-technical participants.
- Demonstrate advanced SharePoint features, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate integration, content management, and security configurations.
- Provide hands-on guidance to learners and answer technical questions during sessions.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback and support as required.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Advanced Microsoft SharePoint (including SharePoint Online, administration, and customization).
- Experience delivering technical training in a classroom or corporate setting.
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 environment and related tools (e.g., Power Automate, PowerApps, Teams integration).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to a diverse audience.
- Based in or able to reliably commute to Doha, Qatar for on-site sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-101, MS-600, or similar).
- Background in IT administration, systems engineering, or software development.
- Experience working with corporate clients or adult learners.
