The Sr. Scrum Master facilitates agile processes within AI projects, ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum methodologies. This role involves leading Scrum events, resolving impediments, and supporting the team to ensure successful project delivery across all AI sections and teams.

Responsibilities and Duties Facilitate Scrum events, including sprintplanning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the Scrum process is understood andfollowed by the teams across AI sections. Identify and remove impediments to enablethe team’s progress. Support the Product Owner in maintainingthe product backlog and ensuring it is well-defined and prioritized. Foster a culture of continuous improvementand collaboration within the team. Mentor and support team members in agilepractices and principles. Track and report on project progress,ensuring transparency and accountability. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters andagile teams across all AI sections to share best practices and improve overallagile processes. Participate in project planning andcontribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables. Perform other duties relevant to the job asassigned by the Principal Scrum Master or senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Disciplined Agile SeniorScrum Master (DASSM)) are preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in projectmanagement or Scrum Master roles Experience in managing agile projects inAI-focused organizations is preferred Strong knowledge of Scrum and agilemethodologies Excellent facilitation and communicationskills Strong problem-solving and conflictresolution skills Ability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize effectively In-depth understanding of agile principlesand practices Familiarity with AI technologies andproject management tools Ability to foster a collaborative andhigh-performing team environment Strong attention to detail and commitmentto delivering high-quality work Ability to work independently and as partof a team Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA,Trello) Collaboration and communication tools(e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) Reportingand analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
