Key Responsibilities:

1. Primary AC/HVAC Duties:

· Install, maintain, service, and repair various types of air conditioning units (split, window, central systems, VRV/VRF).

· Perform diagnostic troubleshooting to identify AC system malfunctions.

· Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.

· Recharge refrigeration systems and handle refrigerants according to safety protocols.

1. Multi-Skilled Electrical Duties:

· Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and components associated with HVAC systems.

· Connect electrical wiring to HVAC units and ensure proper functionality of thermostats and control systems.

· Perform basic electrical maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards (e.g., NEC, local codes).

· Identify and resolve electrical issues that may affect HVAC performance.

1. Multi-Skilled Plumbing Duties:

· Handle the installation and maintenance of drainage systems, pipes, and condensate lines for AC units.

· Troubleshoot and unclog drain lines to prevent water leakage and damage.

· Perform basic plumbing repairs and connections related to HVAC equipment.

· Ensure all plumbing work is performed to prevent leaks and water damage.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Must-Have:

· Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) as an AC Technician or HVAC Technician.

· Demonstrable hands-on experience performing basic electrical and plumbing tasks.

· Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing principles.

· Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.

· Preferred (Optional but a plus):

· A relevant vocational training certificate or diploma in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.

HVAC Supervisor will be providing technical knowledge, experience, and skills to supervise and provide technical guidance to qualified technicians and mechanics providing operation, maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC/R systems repair to include trouble shooting and diagnostics.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor or Equivalent.
• Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong skills in site coordination, PPM planning,

Chiller, CHW Systems, DX Systems, VRF Systems, Pumps and Working Knowledge in electrical systems also preferred.
- Communication skills, Reporting both Verbal and Technical Reports and Multiple Site Handling (Remote Handling) also mandatory.
