Job Purpose
The role is responsible for generating business and operational insights through advanced analytics, translating data into actionable insights and developing robust BI reporting solutions to support corporate planning and performance management.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and manage the BI & Analytics framework to support Business Planning & Performance Function
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all management reports and analytics.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business departments to identify trends and opportunities for business planning and performance reviews.
Provide analysis and reporting on key business KPIs and performance drivers. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address management queries and provide actionable recommendations.
BI Development & Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources; automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Ensure timely delivery of analytics and performance dashboards to department management
Collaborate closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI Dashboards and Reports
Continuously evaluate and implement new BI tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Specialization - Degree in Business management, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
Professional and Technical Certifications - Preferred
Minimum years of experience - 7
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data handling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
Supervisory skills with a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.

The job holder shall be responsible to develop the process for accurate data, modelling, reporting and analysis which provide meaningful insights on data sets and ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics.
