The Role

Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or software development, using general-purpose programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Go, etc.). • Experience designing and implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices-based architectures. • Deep understanding of integration patterns and modern API-driven approaches. • Hands-on experience with both on-premise infrastructure and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates), automated testing, and release automation. • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. • Proven ability to design secure systems, with knowledge of public key infrastructure, certificate-based authentication, and multifactor authentication. • Demonstrated experience estimating project efforts and leading solution design efforts in cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques (UML, ArchiMate, etc.). • Experience with container-based technologies and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience in agile/scrum environments. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF (certification is a plus). • Retail industry-specific experience is a plus

In a typical day as an HPE Solution Architect, you would
- Participates in deep-dive discussions and is able to articulate the value proposition, define key differentiators, and draft high level solution designs by mapping HPE technologies to customers' technical and business challenges. If you are.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or from technical university.
- 5-8 years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
- Demonstrates deep technical understanding of assigned solution set and knowledge of leading edge and emerging technologies.
- Good knowledge of the company offerings, strategic initiatives, current trends, partner and competitor products and strategies within the assigned solution set.
- Solid project management skills or experience with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including appropriate due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and mastery over English and local languages.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of functional responsibilities of various customer business roles.
- Knowledge-based and experienced-based industry certifications strongly preferred

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focusing on Azure Infrastructure Innovation to join the Customer Success Unit within the Middle Eastern Cluster (MEC). This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges.

Support the Sales Engineer / ELV Implementation Engineer / Project Team in his/her role providing Design and Production of Drawings and delivery of Active and Passive IT, Telecom, ELV, Security Fire Alarm, Queue Management, CCTV, Access Control and Clinical IT infrastructure & systems and provide guidance to the client in terms of best practices covering the design and deployment of systems.

Communicate with Ministry of Interior for various Approval process, Approval Follow up Etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Active and Passive IT, Telecom, ELV, Security Fire Alarm, Queue Management, CCTV, Access Control and Clinical IT infrastructure & systems design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authorities and Client's approval.
- Responsibilities include designing Active and Passive IT infrastructure, Telecommunication services, fire alarm and voice evacuation systems, earthing / bonding, low current and extra low voltage services, automatic controls, BMS, SCADA and as well as other related electrical utility systems.
- Responsible for the preparation of IT design calculations, UPS Power Calculation, Network Storage Calculation, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects.
- Responsible for participation in design progress and design coordination meetings of the design projects.
- Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain approval at all stages of the design development of Projects.
- Coordination with other Discipline Engineers (Sales Engineer, Installation Site Engineer, Supervisor, Project Management Team, Network Engineer ) as applicable for the continuity of the design projects.
- Responsible for the design review of the Active and Passive IT, Telecom, ELV, Security Fire Alarm, Queue Management, CCTV, Access Control and Clinical IT infrastructure & systems.
- Participation in design review meetings and workshops. If required.
- Preparation of meeting records, design review and design progress reports.
- Ensure use of converged backbone and IP telephony and other latest developments in his / her field of design.
- Liaise with Local suppliers / Contractors to ensure adherence to standards and scope of works required by client.

Communicate with Various Vendors to provide the necessary BOQ and Costing for the required Materials

Communicate with the Vendor Technical Team for any technical solutions required based on the Proposed BOQ
- Validate & check design drawings for IT/ Communications Systems & Security during planning and construction phases of the design projects.
- Provide guidance and advice to the draftsmen for options for production of design drawings.
- Supervise and confirm the QA/QC procedures. Provide other support as required from time to time

**Salary**: From QAR6,000.00 per month
