Description
- Plan to achieve monthly and annual rental equipment sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Oversee preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on competitor pricing and market trends.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Coordinate equipment rentals to fulfill customer requirements.
- Maintain a strong network within the equipment rental industry in Qatar.
Information
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong background in construction equipment rental, construction materials, or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of the Qatari market and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM tools are a plus.
- Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.
- Must be currently in Qatar with valid QID and NOC.

The Cisco Security Business Development Manager is responsible to drive the business development and sales of Cisco Security Solutions through the ecosystem of Channel Partners. The successful candidate will be engaged in the preparation and delivery of Partner trainings, events and workshops and the delivery of Cisco Security demos, while having the overall responsibility to drive incremental Security revenue and market share for the company.

- University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Cisco Security - Presales or Cisco Security consulting experience.
- Good understanding of technology sales & preferably experience in Channel Sales.
- CCNP Security Certification is preferable, any other industry specific Certification will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in resolving more complex technical issues and integration of multiple products to create solutions.
- Previous experience in relevant Cisco or competitive solutions will be considered an advantage.

About You
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
At least 3+ years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience, with additional 5+ years of experience in relevant sectors (e.g. corporate management, tech companies, sport / music / arts) Strong desire to bring on new businesses as well as grow and manage an existing book of business Self-starter mentality with an ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong attention to detail Comfort in working with Microsoft Office, Google docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM is preferred) Knowledge of Qatar's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends Experience in media/ad sales a plus but not required Fluency in Arabic is a major plus
