About Your Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of email technologies (Microsoft Exchange Hybrid, Enterprise Email Archival, Email Security and management tools) for the Qatar Airways Group. About You:

You must hold a bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent qualification with minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least recent 5 years of recent working experience with Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Email Archival Solutions in Large Enterprises. Job Summary

• Guide clients through establishing their Enterprise Architecture and build new high-level enterprise architecture including architectures for business, applications, data, and infrastructure. And help the client select their technology vendors, providing guidance on complex issues such as the alignment between business and information technology components to work toward a successful outcome and deliver performance, security, and scalability.
• Helps organizations define and clarify organization roles and responsibilities, optimize current performance with flexibility for future changes, optimize existing processes to enhance performance, efficiency, and easy digitization, and ensure handoffs between groups are seamless with clearly defined accountability, whilst minimizing the need for handoffs as much as possible through accountable teams
• Able to design and develop enterprise architecture solutions to enable a client's business agenda across the domains mentioned below.
• Build domain knowledge across one or more of the following domains: Business, Data, infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Integration.
• Work with client teams to develop architecture and domain-specific principles to support implementation of enterprise strategy and strategic projects.
• Be able to guide other domain specialists to align with overall business and enterprise architecture.
• Develop conceptual/logical architectures across one or more of the domains mentioned above.
• Understand EA (Enterprise Architecture) foundation principals and definitions, ADM, Architecture Continuum.
• Ability to gathering information related to different architecture artifacts and building blocks either As-Is from the client or To-Be from the consultants.

Experience and Education

Years of experience: 6+ Years as Enterprise Architect

Education: Graduate degree (Computer Science/Engineering Preferred)

Certifications:

Certified TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, Zachman, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. would be a plus depending on the offering alignment.

Knowledge of Qatar Government Enterprise Architecture (GEA) is a plus.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, data migration, and AI-powered systems, particularly in compliance-heavy environments. Experience with migrating data from SAP to Databricks is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Lead architecture design for AI-powered systems, including private instance deployments of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures in compliance-heavy environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.
• Oversee data migration efforts, with emphasis on SAP to Databricks transitions.

Qualifications
