Qualifications

Employ and manage a full time Asset Management Contract Performance Area support team to deliver the Scope of Services Provide support for the development of Asset Management capabilities. Review all existing Asset Management Strategies and Plans and recommend improvements to strengthen the Affairs’ Asset Management processes. Review for suitability all activities which support the Asset Management function i.e., condition surveys, asset inventories, data management, value management, risk-based hierarchies, performance measures etc. Develop and support in implementation of methodologies for optimizing the whole life costs of the asset groups.
