The Role

Guildhall is seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager / Specialist to oversee and manage road operation and maintenance within a performance-based contract (PBC) framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management strategies, life-cycle planning, and ISO-compliant practices, with proven leadership experience in managing large-scale infrastructure assets. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field (BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent). * Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role as an Asset Management Manager/Specialist or similar. * Proven experience in road O&M and performance-based contracts within international or MENA region projects. * Strong understanding of urban road asset principles, workflows, and risk assessment. * Proficiency with asset management software and databases (Maximo, Infor EAMS, ArcGIS, BIM). * Demonstrated expertise in ISO 55000 series asset management systems. * Fluency in English (spoken and written). * International experience outside of MENA is preferred. * Professional certifications and relevant training in asset management are highly desirable.
