Ensure that the performance of the sales team is efficiently monitored, tracked and controlled. Maintain sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning and monitoring job results.
Conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance their sales skills.
Submit periodic sales related reports to the management.
Ensure that sales team follows the rules and regulations of the govt. authorities e.g.: valid health certificate, traffic rules etc.
Assist in preparation of the annual sales budget and business development activities
