Job Description

Manage the B2B sales of the company by forecasting and developing annual sales plan.

Ensure that the performance of the sales team is efficiently monitored, tracked and controlled. Maintain sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning and monitoring job results.

Conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance their sales skills.

Submit periodic sales related reports to the management.

Ensure that sales team follows the rules and regulations of the govt. authorities e.g.: valid health certificate, traffic rules etc.

Assist in preparation of the annual sales budget and business development activities

Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling distribution routes and ensuring outlet reach through better and efficient distribution.

Payrails is a highly dynamic workplace, and our Sales Team is in charge of engaging with Enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue generation ultimately. Our mission is to: Perfectly understand the requirements and pain points of our merchant prospects/clients

Drive effective execution while being sharply oriented to scoping complex solutions

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on getting results

You will leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate leads and facilitate introductions with potential clients

You will build relationships with prospects to identify their problems and bring solutions

You will identify and prioritise target accounts and key decision-makers, with a focus on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives

You will work closely with the founding team and support iterating sales processes to accelerate growth further

You will provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management

You will identify effective methods to meet and exceed sales targets

You will understand customer needs and systematically bring detailed feedback to the product teams to help inform the roadmap and priorities

What we are looking for

You have 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to C-level executives, particularly CFOs

You are a builder who is excited to wear multiple hats and operate in a highly dynamic environment with a clear focus on getting results

You are a gifted communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple and relevant manner in different formats - i.e., calls, emails, and social media

You are highly organised and great at handling multiple opportunities in your pipeline simultaneously

You are fluent in English and Arabic

You are willing to travel to support our clients and build new partnerships

Consistently communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships. Coordinate marketing activities as well as promotions. Write social media posts, online content, press releases, and organize promotional events. Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Assess and report the results of the marketing campaigns. Recommend and choose advertisement products, arrange and coordinate photoshoot sessions and models. Maximize visibility at conferences, receptions, and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists for display or demonstration. Conduct Market Research to gather information about the target market & customers. Consistently check competitor promotions and prices. Report research results to the Business Development Manager and discuss necessary actions. Attend exhibitions & product launches, meet new Clients, Suppliers & Media. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Support every aspect of the Marketing Team, including the Graphic Designer.
