Role Summary The SailPoint Access Control Analyst will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ within enterprise functions. The role focuses on ensuring effective access governance, user lifecycle management, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of SailPoint IdentityIQ for access request and review processes

Perform day-to-day access management operations in SailPoint, including processing user requests, provisioning, and deprovisioning

Support quarterly and periodic access reviews by preparing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating completion

Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to troubleshoot access issues

Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SailPoint operations and integration with enterprise systems

Assist in user training and onboarding for SailPoint access request and review modules

Work with the project team to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines

Monitor and report on progress during the implementation phase

Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, with at least 1–2 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ

Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning

Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and operations

Proficiency in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles

Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and Active Directory

Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, or Saviynt

Knowledge of access request workflows and access review/certification processes

Preferred Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOX, local banking regulations)

Prior experience in the financial services industry or international banking environment

Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, or Saviynt

Key Skills Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity

We are hiring a Go (Golang) Software Engineer for Identity Management to work on authorization and access management across Canonical's suite of enterprise products and web services, using Go (Golang) and Python.

As a software engineer for Identity Management products of Canonical, you will modernize and expand the capabilities of the identity management solutions we use for authentication and authorization in our products, as well as our canonical.com and ubuntu.com websites. Your work on Identity Management will directly impact the users of all Canonical products. In addition, you will help write Juju charms to manage operational concerns.

Technical excellence and a background in software engineering are necessary prerequisites for this role. You will be expected to own the design and delivery of the system, facilitate integrations and work with your team on strategy and execution.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA and AMER regions.

The role entails

• Collaborate proactively with a distributed team
• Write clean web service APIs to support both CLI and web frontend clients, using Go (Golang) and optionally Python

• Discuss ideas and collaborate on finding good solutions
