Summary: This position is responsible to primarily mobilize CASA deposit and to manage liability portfolio to boost business of the branch & achieve expected/given targets and level of growth in all key result areas and ensure constant improvement in liability portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Focuses on New to bank clients and build deposit portfolio
- Ensure to meet 100% assigned targets
- Financial/deposit KPI to be achieved based on set targets
- Cross selling (Mobile App, Trade, Lending etc)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery services.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulator instructions, and competitor activities.
Required Knowledge & Skill set
- Must have strong Marketing / Relationship management skills.
- Must have a clear understanding & complete knowledge of regulatory procedures, Bank rules/regulations prevailing in Qatar.
- Well written and oral communication skills.
- Should have experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to communicate and interact at all levels within and outside the organization in a meaningful way; must be an effective negotiator.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (master's in business administration or equivalent will be preferable)
- Minimum 03 years Banking experience inside Qatar
- Must be Resident of Qatar along with holding valid Qatari Driving License

Own and grow a set of named accounts and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Drive the full sales process from prospecting through to closing, while providing monthly forecasts with high accuracy.
Develop and execute account strategies to expand Base Chemical Insights' presence in the region.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to position solutions effectively and deliver value-based messaging.
Travel approximately 35% of the time across the Middle East, Africa, and Indian Subcontinent.
You Have :
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 8 years selling complex enterprise solutions in the Middle East, Africa, or Indian Subcontinent.
Proven success closing large and complex deals in the base chemicals or related industries.
Strong consultative and value-selling skills, with a track record of uncovering client needs and aligning them to tailored solutions.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Business conversational fluency in English (verbal and written).
An undergraduate degree in science or a related technical field is a plus.
