Overview

The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a high level of engagement with guests while preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and mocktails, following recipes to meet and exceed expected standards.

• Keep detailed records of wastage and report discrepancies to management to promote a profitable operation.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed to bill guests correctly and avoid cash variance while delivering proper guest service.
