Our client is seeking a talented Interior Design Assistant to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar . This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of QAR 4000 - 5000 per month. As an Interior Design Assistant, you will provide support to our senior designers in all phases of the design process, from conceptualisation to project completion. You will have the opportunity to contribute creatively to diverse projects and develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assisting senior designers with the preparation of presentations, mood boards, and design concepts.
Sourcing and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Developing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Conducting site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.
Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Maintaining sample libraries and staying up-to-date on current design trends and materials.
Assisting with administrative tasks related to design projects.
Contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance design projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Must be fluent in Arabic
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and material selection.
Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.

Civil 3D BIM Modeler (Dry Utilities Services)

Parsons is seeking a talented BIM Modeler (Dry Utilities Services) to support our team! In this role, you will assist the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Teams with daily BIM implementation activities.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop 3D/2D models for drawing preparation, clash reporting, and presentation, aligned with project LOD requirements and modeling standards for Dry Utilities networks (Electrical, Street Lighting, Landscape Lighting, Telecom).
- Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review, and QS.
- Coordinate all Model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines.
- Ensure all Models, drawings, and deliverables meet project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
- Prepare engineering drawings from models, including arrangements, layouts, profiles, sections, etc.
- Develop and extract 2D geometry from models for reviews and coordination meetings.
- Deliver Project Information Models (PIMs) according to TIDP, MIDP, and CDE protocols.
- Prepare BIM package submissions per project standards.
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
- Prepare models and reports for constructability analysis.
- Coordinate work with the lead technical engineer to ensure timely deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years Civil 3D experience, proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience with Dry Utilities services: electrical networks, street lighting, landscape lighting, Telecom.
- Ability to set up Civil 3D project files, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Expertise in Civil 3D Families, standards, and clash detection.
- Advanced Civil 3D skills, including federated models, Civil 3D links, worksets, and shared coordinates.
- Proficiency with BIM tools: Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO19650, PAS1192-2, BS1192).
