Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Design & Development:
Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases for complex projects.
Develop innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions.
Ensure designs align with client requirements, building codes, and project feasibility.
Oversee the creation of architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
2. Project Coordination & Leadership:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and consultants.
Provide design direction to junior architects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints.
Ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.
3. Technical Expertise & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
Conduct design feasibility studies and site analysis.
Integrate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies into projects.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Present design concepts, proposals, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
Interpret client needs and translate them into compelling architectural designs.
Address client concerns and provide expert guidance on design strategies.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:Bachelor's in Architecture.
Experience:7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
o Familiarity withAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Preferred Certifications:

- Conduct Civil/Structural Engineering activities throughout all stages of the assigned projects
- Check and review all project drawings and documents (civil, structural, specifications, calculations and proposed materials) submitted by others by the project scope, specifications, applicable standards
