The incumbent will assist in developing and deploying management reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to support decision-making within the Products and Segments function of the Retail Banking division. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, creating visualizations using various BI tools, and ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory policies. The Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst provides advanced imagery and spatial analysis in support of joint operations, Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and multi-domain targeting. This position supports operational decision-making by identifying and visualizing terrain, infrastructure, adversary activity, and temporal patterns relevant to both kinetic and non-kinetic effects. The analyst also integrates Commercial Telemetry Data (CTD) to enhance data accuracy, exploitation, and mission assessment.

This position is on a future contract pending award announcement. Possible locations for this position are as follows: · MacDill (Tampa, FL) · Naval Operating Base Norfolk (Virginia) · Tyndall AFB (Florida) Key Responsibilities: Analyze and exploit geospatial and imagery data (EO, IR, SAR, FMV) to support OIE planning, targeting, and campaign assessments. Produce GEOINT products including terrain analysis, route assessments, target graphics, battle damage assessments (BDA), change detection, and activity overlays. Use Commercial Telemetry Data (CTD) to enhance data validation, refine and support forensic and time-sensitive analysis. Fuse GEOINT with OSINT, WebOps, and PAI (e.g., social media posts, visual media, crowd-sourced location data) to support influence targeting and situational awareness. Provide spatial inputs to MISO, MILDEC, Cyber, and Public Affairs teams for influence messaging, visual product development, and infrastructure relevance. Collaborate with J2, J3, J39, Joint Targeting Cells, and ISR planners to synchronize geospatial data with campaign objectives, collection strategies, and Information Forces and capabilities effects. Conduct ongoing area monitoring and environmental pattern analysis across national, tactical, and commercial imagery sources. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Intelligence, Remote Sensing, Geography, or a related field 5+ years of experience in GEOINT analysis supporting military operations, targeting, OIE, or ISR Proficiency in: ArcGIS or QGIS for spatial analysis and visualization, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or similar softcopy exploitation tools Experience working with national, theater, and commercial imagery sources (e.g., Maxar, Planet, CAPELLA, NGA) Active TS/SCI security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Remote Sensing, Data Analytics, Regional Studies, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting military or joint operations Graduate of a recognized service GEOINT training pipeline (e.g., NGA GEOINT Analysis Course, Army 35G, USAF 1N1X1, USMC 0241) Experience supporting a J39, J2, or Joint Targeting Cell at a Combatant Command, JTF, or SOF element Experience fusing GEOINT with open-source location activity, visual media, or social media behavior for targeting or influence operations Demonstrated ability to integrate GEOINT with MISO, MILDEC, Cyber, and Public Affairs planning efforts Familiarity with Measures of Performance (MOPs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), and their application in geospatial and influence assessments EIO2024 Come break things (in a good way). This is an opportunity to provide your expertise to Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches.

Senior SIGINT Specialist

REQUIREMENTS

  • Training in SIGINT operations with at least ten years of SIGINT experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies, including five years at the operational level. Requires former MOS 1N2, 35S / P / N, 35B, 35N, 352B / PQ / R / S, 18F or equivalent.
  • TS / SCI clearance with current CI Polygraph and ability to gain and maintain access to NSA systems and facilities.
  • Knowledge of Army / Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet, and associated SIGINT databases/search engines.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, and intelligence automation tools supporting analytical efforts and product development.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively as part of a remote analytical team supporting CJOA requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of NSA tasking, collection, processing, reporting procedures, and communications architecture (PED).
  • Knowledge of military ground operations, target-area geography, place names, titles, cultural norms, enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Preferred qualifications include an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in OSINT / PAI research and analysis.
