**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- 10 years of overall experience, with 4 years of insurance business transformation/regulatory/process reengineering experience at a major insurer or any other consulting firm
- Knowledge and experience of insurance regulations / business operations, exposure to regional and global insurance practices
- Strong academic background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree ideally business or finance related supplemented ideally with a professional qualification
- Experience of managing and developing people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring will be required
- Demonstrate strong planning, execution and reporting skills
