We are looking for a Finance Manager for AI Business Solutions and Security business, to join Middle East Cluster Finance Team, covering Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
"Finance Manager, AI Business Solutions and Security", will have the unique opportunity to align revenue targets with market opportunities by driving customer adoption of our AI Business Solutions and Security Solutions. The role will focus on our end to end product stack under AI business solutions ranging from M365 to Copilot and our Security solutions across billed and consumed revenue. This role will allow you to develop deep knowledge of the AI Business Solutions product stack and deliver actionable insights to business partners, identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and usage, while ensuring compliant conduct of business activities. "Finance Manager, AI Business Solutions and Security" will be the finance partner of country business leaders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success units, as well as an integral member of a global community of Corporate and Area Finance experts.

Responsibilities
PRIORTIZE
- Performs and reviews analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, investment opportunities) and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, etc.) for modern work & security products.
- Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge business leads around new business opportunities and growth road map landscape.
- Delivers results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Serves as advocate for Microsoft and its customers. Understands customers' businesses to plan growth. Manages balance between customer centricity, enablement of sales, and cost effectiveness.
- Shares business insights and advances solutions and action plans to drive business and commercial leader goals and short-term accountabilities. Provides credible insights into industry benchmarks and trends, performance improvements, and growth. Facilitates to resolve complex issues. Minimum Required Qualifications
