Assist the Purchasing Manager in the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, evaluation, and awarding of material supply and delivery contracts, ensuring compliance with AZF policies and procedures from purchase requisition (PR) to purchase order (PO).
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Reporting & Document Maintenance
• Update and maintain master data for tender reports.
• Keep end users informed on the status and progress of their requests.
• Assist in compiling data for routine and ad hoc reports.
• Ensure proper archiving of documents (both soft and hard copies) in line with approved guidelines.

- Carry out all the activities necessary to purchase goods and/or services/subcontracts, in compliance with given cost/time/quality requirements and with Corporate/Company policies and standards and work instructions
- Issue to vendors the Request for Quotation based on given purchasing request
- Support the vendors during the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the related bid info
