The Refrigeration and Air-conditioning technician is responsible for carrying out the operation, maintenance, and repair of all refrigeration and air-conditioning unit of the hotel which includes but is not limited to split type air-conditioning, package type air-conditioning, window type air-conditioning and centralized air-conditioning including fan coil units and air handling units, reach-in freezer/chiller, ice maker, walk-in freezer and chiller, heat pumps, and water pumps.
**1.** **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Performs preventive maintenance and repair of all air-conditioning unit including freezer and chillers.
- Monitoring of freezer and chiller cabinet temperature
- Checking of freezer and chillers door gaskets and heaters.
- Perform cleaning of outdoor and indoor units of split type air-conditioning units.
- Fixing of drain lines of indoor units.
- Repair of air-conditioning units.
- Monitoring and recording of utility consumption.
- Prepare reports and keeps operation and maintenance records.
- Assists in preparing project scope of works, bill of materials, cost estimate, requisitions for the needed services and materials, and in the conduct of inventory of supplies, parts and materials.
- Performs other work(s) that may be assigned from time to time.

**Education**: Graduate of Vocational/Trade course in Refrigeration and Air conditioning.
**Experience**:Minimum of Two (2) years experience in the repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning units. Must possess other trade skills and must have two years experience in the hospitality industry.

The purpose of an I&C (Instrumentation and Control) Technician is to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and control systems in industrial settings. Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and reliability of equipment and systems used for process control and measurement. Technician will perform skilled work requiring a high degree of precision and understanding of technical data and systems. Responsibilities: • Install and set up instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, actuators, and control panels, according to specifications and engineering drawings. • Calibrate and adjust instrumentation devices to ensure accurate measurement and control of variables such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with instrumentation and control systems, identify root causes of malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions. • Conduct preventive maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment, perform routine inspections, and carry out repairs or component replacements as necessary. • Perform testing and validation procedures on instrumentation systems to verify their accuracy, reliability, and compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, calibration results, repair work, and equipment inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical and hazardous systems, ensuring personal safety and the safety of others. • Interpret and understand technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to facilitate installation, troubleshooting, and repair activities. • Stay updated with new technologies, trends, and best practices in instrumentation and control systems, seeking opportunities for professional development and process improvement. • Collaborate with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate tasks, share knowledge, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Ensure that instrumentation and control systems comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. • Respond to emergencies and breakdowns promptly, assess the situation, and take appropriate actions to minimize downtime and restore normal operation.
Requirements
• Educational: Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Instrumentation Control (IC) & sufficient extensive field experience and/or trainings Qualifications • Able to read process flow diagrams and control and instrumentation diagrams and interpreting manufacturer’s manuals and drawings. • Able to troubleshoot and work on sophisticated electronic equipment, analyze systems and processes, and make necessary corrections. • Work with hand tools and test instruments. • Write and maintain control of systems software. This includes but is not limited to PLCs, DCSs, and drives. • Able to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment with a high degree of initiative. • Good written and oral communications skills with the ability to work in a team environment. • Minimum of 4 years progressive experience as a technician performing electrical or instrumentation & controls maintenance and repair in an industrial workplace • Qatar Driver License is an advantage

Multipass is published for macOS, Windows, and also Linux. Think of it as a workstation mini-cloud. At its simplest you can simply say multipass launch and you will get a new VM on your workstation. You can feed that VM data, just as you would on a public cloud like AWS, Azure or GCP.
The goal is not to be a full cloud of course. The goal is to give developers a local cloud on their workstation, which they can use to run builds in the background, or to try cloud appliances, or to test their own cloud deployments and cloud-init scripts, free of charge. People sometimes use it as a build farm on a shared server, for example.
As a Software Engineer you are expected to play a leadership role designing, mentoring, reviewing and of course coding.
