We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Evolution Sports as a Basketball Coach, starting October 2025. The ideal candidate should have some experience of coaching a wide range of age and abilities. Experience in a similar role is an advantage. Key responsibilities

Coaching and Development

• Deliver and plan sessions for Foundation, Development, and Potential Squads, as directed by the Head of Development.
• Deliver technique-focused, skill-enhancing sessions aligned with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy.
• Track swimmer attendance, set individual targets, and ensure training evolves to meet their progress.
• Promote participation in competitions, advise on event selection, and attend competitions locally and overseas as needed.
• Recruit swimmers into the squads and talent-identify athletes from our Learn to Swim program to ensure full squads and a high-quality pipeline.

Communication and Teamwork
