The primary purpose of this leadership position is to develop and grow the Energy Transportation Solutions (ETS) business in Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Jordan within the Northern Region of the Middle East and Africa (MEA). This role oversees sales, marketing, and account development for all ETS products and services, including RTUs, SCADA, Flow Computers, Terminal Manager, ESI, and Geofields. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) manages, develops, and enables ETS sales teams and local business partner resources in the Northern Region to strategically position ETS products and services.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
Develop and execute the ETS sales plan for the Northern Region, working with the team to meet regional sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Proactively promote and manage the sale of ETS solutions and services.
Lead sales efforts on major and critical projects.
Demonstrate proficiency in Solution Selling and consultative sales skills at various customer levels.
Implement and deploy the PPVVCC methodology for strategic positioning of ETS products and solutions.
Increase market awareness through marketing, demonstrations, exhibitions, and road shows.
Develop market penetration strategies and detailed plans for all sales channels and accounts, focusing on competitive strategies.
Collaborate closely with Process Systems Solutions and Measurement Solutions sales teams to enhance pursuit content.
Drive growth initiatives and training assessments for Emerson sales and channels.
Promote and manage ETS product and service sales, ensuring adherence to standard processes and demonstrating technology and application understanding.
Support project tracking, forecasts, and reporting by maintaining relevant files and data.
Assist sales channels in developing and optimizing business opportunities.
Coordinate with departments to deliver customer-centric solutions and improve service levels.
Develop performance metrics and monitor customer satisfaction, providing improvement recommendations.
Participate in project pursuits to include ETS content in regional projects.
Stay updated on industry developments and market conditions.
Provide input for key account reviews and success criteria.
Support installed base initiatives and sales growth programs.
Ensure compliance with trade procedures and fulfill additional duties as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role involves supervising sales management, motivating teams, influencing sales channels, and collaborating with regional partners and leaders.

- Drive the profitability / P&L targets of the section through completing sales, service management, and business development of existing and new corporate clients.
- Monitor the activities of the team, ensuring that the Cash Management Service business plans are within budgets and timescales.
- Update self on the current industry trends, economic events, competitive environment, regulatory/government requirements and, update the management to implement adequate changes, in term of country specific deliverables.
Educational Qualifications:
- University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline.
- Master's degree in Management any other related discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.
- Experience in Corporate Banking/ Treasury/Cash Management
Certifications
- Professional certification such as CFA/ CPA/ CA and or CMA is preferable
