Job Description
- Conduct site and workshop oil testing of transformers as per IEC standards, client-approved MOS, WI/WP.
- Prepare test reports and coordinate with KM/client for approvals.
- Troubleshoot errors in test results and propose corrective actions to clients.
- Carry out stage-wise oil testing during each step of transformer maintenance.
- Forecast raw material requirements for oil testing on a bi-monthly/quarterly basis and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure annual calibration, preventive maintenance, and health check-ups of testing instruments and laboratory equipment.
- Submit oil test reports and ensure client approvals.
- Verify that all works are carried out as per approved MOS, WI/WP, and checklists.
- Monitor and issue clearances during each stage of oil filtration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by using proper PPE and tools, and maintaining them in good condition.

- Hands-on experience in Aspen HYSYS and Aspen FlareNet.
- Proven experience in design reviews, safety workshops, vendor deliverables, MR, TBE, and TQ processes.

• Advise and support Process Engineering related activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
Actively participate and provide process engineering supports to RCFA, Hazop, FRA, Hazid, SIL verification and process safety and reliability issues.
Support development of Standard Operating Procedures required for the new projects.
Develop and implement process surveillance tools for Operations assets in compliance with surveillance plan to ensure safe, reliable and optimum production, including troubleshooting, engineering recommendations and timely escalation of threats and deviations from surveillance monitoring.
Active participation in System Completions processes for Walk-down prior to commissioning and startup (eg, witness of chemical/catalysts loading, etc).
Maintain Issue Register identifying and resolving critical issues including new technology risks (under area of responsibility) which could impact new project Reliability, Availability and Cyber Security.
Provide technical input related to area of expertise to other disciplines and functions as per requirements to support overall business objectives.
