The Role

Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or software development, using general-purpose programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Go, etc.). • Experience designing and implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices-based architectures. • Deep understanding of integration patterns and modern API-driven approaches. • Hands-on experience with both on-premise infrastructure and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates), automated testing, and release automation. • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. • Proven ability to design secure systems, with knowledge of public key infrastructure, certificate-based authentication, and multifactor authentication. • Demonstrated experience estimating project efforts and leading solution design efforts in cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques (UML, ArchiMate, etc.). • Experience with container-based technologies and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience in agile/scrum environments. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF (certification is a plus). • Retail industry-specific experience is a plus

If you are.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or from technical university.
- 5-8 years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
- Demonstrates deep technical understanding of assigned solution set and knowledge of leading edge and emerging technologies.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focusing on Azure Infrastructure Innovation to join the Customer Success Unit within the Middle Eastern Cluster (MEC). The primary responsibilities of the **Enterprise Architect, Network Security**
- Lead analysis of the current environment’s Network and Security specifics to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Create an Architecture roadmap for the Network and Security, based on the organizations’ strategy, to rectify gaps and pain points within the current state.
- Ability to assist in fulfilling security governance duties, attending Architecture Review Board meetings, participating in Design Authorities of key enterprise initiatives, etc.

**Architectural Leadership**: Take ownership of architectural responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of Enterprise-wide architectures. Set the strategic direction, provide oversight, and offer guidance to teams involved in deploying various solutions.

**Governance and Collaboration**: Fulfil Enterprise Architecture governance duties, including chairing Architecture Review Board meetings and Design Authorities of key enterprise initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to understand their business strategy and develop IT strategies and architectures aligned with their objectives.

**Documentation and Standardization**: Create and maintain structures such as enterprise and business architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and drivers. Develop frameworks of principles to ensure uniformity in Information System Architecture across the business. Produce and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts to aid in information traceability.

**Technical Expertise and Coordination**: Provide technical expertise for change initiatives. Manage a holistic roadmap of architecture change initiatives across the customer's IT landscape, coordinating requirements across different projects.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership**:. Review and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Architecture Specification Documents for all projects, engaging with senior leadership to facilitate and lead architecture discussions and decisions.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree in Enterprise Architecture or a relevant discipline is preferred

**Certifications**: Certification in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or Zachman Framework or ArchiMate is highly desirable.

This role involves selecting the best platforms and ensuring that IT solutions align with business needs using the most efficient tools available.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Architecture to align IT infrastructure with business strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead the implementation of Infrastructure Architecture through strategic initiatives.
• Design and maintain an efficient enterprise IT infrastructure for seamless data flow.
• Oversee system integrations and vendor dependencies.
• Establish and enforce IT standards based on industry advancements.

• Proficiency in ITIL framework and other industry-standard IT methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise IT security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or CISSP.
• Hands-on experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and implement modern infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities to drive strategic IT initiatives.
