- Leading the development of the design package up to IFC (Issued for construction), Detailed specification, reports, and interface management.
- Complex design calculations using computational and network design software for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Unified Communications and Security Systems.
- Shall have extensive experience in ICT and ELV building services - BMS (Building Management System), Public Address and Background Music, Fire Detection and Alarm system, Access Control, CCTV, Audio Visual, Audio/Video Intercom, people counting, gate barrier and car park management system and other specialized systems as applicable.
